Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Prospecting Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our AI Managed Operations services. You will execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns and book qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

You should have 1–2 years in B2B outbound sales, experience with Apollo.io, HubSpot CRM, and other sales tools, and excellent written English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or similar
• Experience using Apollo.io, HubSpot CRM, Clay, or similar sales tools
• Proven experience booking qualified sales meetings through outbound prospecting
• Excellent written English communication
• Experience using email outreach platforms such as Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospect outreach
• Able to work in PH time schedule 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may be considered
• Background in SaaS/tech/AI or business services is preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute personalized outbound email campaigns using sales engagement platforms
• Manage multi-touch outreach sequences and follow up with prospects
• Research prospects and personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates
• Maintain outbound activity levels to generate qualified opportunities
• Engage with decision-makers on LinkedIn and build relationships
• Schedule qualified meetings into calendars using scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot)
• Ensure complete handoff information is provided before meetings
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and update lead statuses
• Track outbound activity metrics and report performance to leadership
