Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking an Outbound Print Sales Specialist to drive new business and close print projects (menus, banners, shirts) remotely from the Philippines. You will source leads, conduct cold calls, present quotes, and close deals with a focus on repeat business.

You'll use Google Maps for lead generation and a proprietary quoting tool, plus VOIP, to manage inquiries and orders. This role offers full-time work with strong growth and performance incentives.

Qualifications

Outbound Print Sales Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead generation: Scouring Google Maps and other channels to find target businesses (like wineries, event planners, etc.).
• Cold calling: Reaching out to these leads to pitch their print and shipping services.
• Selling and closing: Closing deals for print jobs (menus, banners, custom shirts) with a strong focus on building repeat business rather than just one-off sales.
• Using the quoting software: Managing quotes and order-taking via the client's proprietary software (the client will train them on this, assuming they already have print knowledge).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Sales experience
• Print knowledge: You must understand the printing business and know what questions to ask prospects (e.g., selling menus, banners, custom shirts).
• Sales experience: You need to be able to source your own leads (via Google Maps), make cold calls, and close deals.

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱65,000/mo
