Job summary

Sprout Solutions Philippines is seeking a Lead Development Specialist to generate new sales leads for the Sprout sales teams. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting and qualification using phone, email, and LinkedIn, with the ability to work remotely.

You will build the sales prospect pipeline in Sprout’s CRM, engage with prospects at all levels from Manager to C-level, and contribute to a fast-paced, fun, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with outbound sales prospecting.
• Proven prospecting/outbound calling track record with SME and large enterprise companies.
• Ability to identify needs and map to Sprout SaaS solutions.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Capable of engaging from Manager to C-level within target accounts.
• Build the sales pipeline using Sprout’s CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads for Sprout sales teams.
• Prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using LinkedIn to identify new prospects.
• Qualify potential prospects as worthy of follow-up.
• Identify sales opportunities via various cold prospecting techniques.
• Build the sales pipeline using Sprout’s CRM.
• Work autonomously and across levels from Manager to C-level.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
