Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence, based in Alabang, Philippines, seeks a Compliance Manager to lead US regulatory interpretation for TCPA, TSR, state DNC, and call recording laws. You will guide BDC, QA, Legal, and Product teams, ensuring campaigns align with consent and disclosure requirements across states.

You will evaluate gray-area risks, advise on licensing, and translate compliance into system specifications for our CRM and dialer tools.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a compliance, QA, or regulatory role within a call center, BPO, or outbound sales/telemarketing environment supporting US clients.
• Deep, current working knowledge of TCPA, TSR, state DNC laws, and call recording consent laws, with demonstrated ability to interpret and apply these to novel or ambiguous scenarios — not just confirm checklist compliance.
• Judgment & risk assessment: evaluate gray-area questions and make defensible risk calls without always deferring to Legal.
• Audit & documentation: independently lead call audits, maintain compliance logs, and produce audit-ready documentation.
• Attention to detail: track multiple state-specific requirements and deadlines without error.
• Communication: clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination and client-facing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory interpretation & risk judgment across TCPA, TSR, state DNC, and licensing.
• Advise on consent standards for new states/campaigns and ensure disclosures meet regulatory intent.
• Evaluate scripts for required disclosures and regulatory compliance, identifying root causes of deviations.
• Track licensing obligations and advise leadership on expansion impact before campaigns launch.
• Provide product & systems compliance input on consent capture, DNC suppression, and recording in CRM/dialers.
• Translate findings into risk-based leadership reporting and act as compliance lead in client inquiries.
