Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to drive the day-to-day management of our BDC team, aligning sales targets with outstanding customer experiences. You will coach, analyze, and optimize processes for inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in BDC or sales operations, 1–2 years in leadership, and strong CRM/DMS proficiency with automotive operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BDC or sales operations role in a BPO/call center.
• 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
• CRM and DMS experience with automotive dealership knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BDC Agents to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coach agents to improve communication, sales techniques, and conversions.
• Analyze performance data and report on team health and opportunities.
• Optimize BDC processes and leverage CRM/DMS technology to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training teams for seamless delivery.
