Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Sales BDC Representative to drive opportunities for automotive dealership clients. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team in a fast-paced, on-site role in the Manila area.

Maintain strong customer engagement, build rapport, and document interactions in the CRM while meeting daily targets and contributing to client success in a competitive auto retail market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a high-volume BDC, call center sales or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a clear phone presence.
• Proficient with CRM/Dealer Management systems and related tools.
• Able to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads from inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for dealership sales teams.
• Provide accurate vehicle information and promotions to customers.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and lead statuses.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead handling processes.
• Report performance metrics and participate in ongoing training.
