Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring for a Sales Development role within a global, remote-friendly environment. You will drive outbound B2B activities, research target markets, and engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and social channels to set up net-new meetings.

You will work closely with Account Executives to tailor outreach, analyze feedback, and evolve strategies, leveraging CRM and LinkedIn Navigator tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This is a full-time, international remote position.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing net-new meetings.
• Proven ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets.
• Fluent with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies.
• Experience scaling outbound processes in fast-paced environments.
• Intellectually curious with insights-driven outreach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
• Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.
• Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback and market trends.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback loops.
