Responsibilities

• Assists the DC Manager in overseeing outbound operations, ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders from the cold storage facility.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, carriers, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all outbound shipments, including compliance with safety and temperature control regulations.
• Monitor the performance of outbound processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that products are picked and packed according to specific temperature and storage requirements.
• Manage the coordination between inbound and outbound departments to ensure smooth product flow.
