Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and coordinating logistics.
• Strong inventory control and cycle counting background.
• Knowledge of WMS and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving of materials and finished goods with accurate counting and documentation.
• Implement efficient receiving processes including unloading and quality checks.
• Allocate manpower based on shipment volume and requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to resolve issues.
• Ensure documentation and system recording of warehouse transactions.
• Manage finished goods shipment processes with quality and delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with production and sales for scheduling and fulfillment.
• Monitor loading and dispatch activities for timely deliveries.
• Conduct audits on shipment accuracy and documentation compliance.
• Oversee warehouse organization and space utilization.
• Perform cycle counting and reconciliation to maintain inventory control.
• Develop optimal warehouse layout and safety inspections.
• Supervise scrap handling and disposal, maintain records.
• Drive continuous improvement and process enhancements.
• Lead staff performance evaluations and development.

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Assistant Supervisor - Warehouse Operations to oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse storage management, and team leadership activities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, proper shipment handling, and strict compliance with safety and operational standards while leading warehouse personnel and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving of incoming materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate counting, inspection, and documentation
• Implement efficient receiving processes including unloading, sorting, and quality checking
• Allocate manpower based on shipment volume and operational requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues
• Ensure proper documentation and system recording of all warehouse transactions
• Manage finished goods shipment processes, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery requirements
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for shipment scheduling and order fulfillment

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, shipping) in manufacturing or distribution
• Proven experience in supervising and managing warehouse teams
• Strong background in inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation
• Experience in shipment coordination and logistics documentation
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of scrap handling and warehouse safety practices
