Job Description

• Assists the DC Manager in managing inbound operations for the cold storage facility, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and operation staffs to ensure smooth inbound processes.
• Verify product shipments upon arrival, ensuring that they meet quality, quantity, and temperature standards.
• Ensure that goods are appropriately stored in designated cold storage areas and that inventory is organized and accessible.
• Manage documentation related to inbound shipments, including tracking delivery schedules, receiving reports, and inventory records.
• Assists the DC Manager in managing product flows between storage and shipping areas.
• Monitor the performance of inbound processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee the unloading, scanning, and storage of products while ensuring that temperature control protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for the storage of goods in a cold storage environment.

Qualifications
