Job Description
- Assists the DC Manager in managing inbound operations for the cold storage facility, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and operation staffs to ensure smooth inbound processes.
- Verify product shipments upon arrival, ensuring that they meet quality, quantity, and temperature standards.
- Ensure that goods are appropriately stored in designated cold storage areas and that inventory is organized and accessible.
- Manage documentation related to inbound shipments, including tracking delivery schedules, receiving reports, and inventory records.
- Assists the DC Manager in managing product flows between storage and shipping areas.
- Monitor the performance of inbound processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Oversee the unloading, scanning, and storage of products while ensuring that temperature control protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for the storage of goods in a cold storage environment.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Equivalent
- Work Experience: 1-3 years experience in the industry
