Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a capable supervisor to manage outbound operations, ensuring timely receipt, movement, storage, and returns of merchandise.

You will oversee inventory accuracy, enforce safety and loss prevention, lead a team, analyze workflows, and coordinate departmental activities to meet targets. Onsite role with competitive compensation.

Prepare reports and support management with performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Two (3) years' experience in the industry.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the outbound operations to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, movement, storage, and return of merchandise.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving, counting, recording, and documentation of all transactions.
• Monitor the quality, security, and proper handling of merchandise to prevent loss and damage.
• Oversee Return-to-Vendor (RTV), salvage, markdown, and other related processes.
• Implement and enforce safety, security, and loss prevention procedures within operational areas.
• Monitor receiving activities, documentation, and backdoor operations to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Lead, develop, and motivate personnel to achieve productivity, efficiency, and operational objectives.
• Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate departmental activities to meet business requirements and operational targets.
• Prepare reports, monitor department performance, and perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
