Qualifications

• Proven experience as Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar customer-facing role
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
• Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
• Quiet home workspace and suitable hardware
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments with our sales or service teams
• Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and engage them effectively
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate notes and follow-ups
