SimCorp is seeking an Operations Analyst in Manila to support the Middle Office with end-to-end trade lifecycle and investment accounting tasks. You will engage with clients, custodians, and managers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of trade management, reconciliations, and derivatives lifecycle, with a focus on accuracy, control, and client satisfaction. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with 2 days in office.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in buy-side or outsourced Operations, specifically Trade Management, FX, and/or Reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Capital Market products and diverse security types.
• Familiarity with Derivatives lifecycle (OTC pricing) and related areas.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Action daily tasks and monitor workflow of processes: from clients, 3rd party managers, and custodians.
• Trade Lifecycle Management from Confirmation through Settlement.
• Reconcile cash, positions and transactions between platforms and custodians/3rd parties.
• Produce reports and respond to client queries; support client onboarding and service development.
• Maintain procedures, training, and compliance with SLA and KPI targets.
• Liaise with 3rd party managers, counterparties, clients, and custodians to resolve operational issues.
