Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Associate in Metro Manila to support trading and settlement activities across the Middle Office. You will manage the full trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and reporting while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes process improvements, documentation, and cross-training, including responsibilities across DerivOps. Graveyard shift (9 PM–6 AM PH time) is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Capital Markets, reconciliation or fund accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; VBA a plus.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.
• Ability to work with SLA metrics and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work Graveyard shift (9 PM–6 AM PH time).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, and administrators to query, escalate and resolve issues.
• Support and cross-train across Middle Office tasks; handle daily tasks as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency through automation.
• Perform standard handoffs for offshore and onshore teams and maintain clear documentation.
• Maintain timely updates and completeness of process documentation.
• Assist with DerivOps-related tasks and wire/break monitoring as needed.
