Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking an OTC Analyst/Specialist to handle customer masterdata, credit management, billing, and cash application while maintaining SLAs. You will validate documents, process orders, and manage disputes, ensuring accurate and timely cash flow and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR processes, a BS degree in a relevant field, and strong Excel and ERP skills. Fluency in Spanish and teamwork are valued in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable or finance processes.
• Experience in a BPO setting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of general finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in the system.
• Verify order details for accuracy (pricing, discounts, terms).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure incorrect orders are identified and corrected promptly.
