Job summary

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced OSS module owner in Metro Manila. You will serve as the technical focal point, maintain system knowledge, and drive enhancements across modules to meet business goals.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, monitor timelines, and prepare technical docs. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
• At least 3 years in OSS, application management, systems engineering, software development, or related tech roles.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, business processes, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in project coordination, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with OSS platforms, telecom operations, inventory/fault/performance management, or service assurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner and focal point for assigned OSS modules.
• Maintain knowledge of system architecture, workflows, business processes, integrations, and functionalities.
• Lead and coordinate enhancement requests, projects, and new requirements for assigned modules.
• Collaborate with business units, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to meet commitments.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution discussions, and technical reviews with stakeholders.
• Review proposed system changes and provide design, implementation, and operational impact recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of enhancements with business objectives and technical standards.
• Maintain visibility of ongoing projects, issues, and roadmap initiatives affecting modules.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, architecture diagrams, and technical references.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, support teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate change requests, implementation activities, and release planning for modules.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and management presentations.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, improvements, and automation.
• Support governance, compliance, audit, and change management activities.
