Qualifications

• Expertise in delivering technical support and documenting cases.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in multiple locations and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis of issues.
• Resolves incidents/service requests per procedures and timelines.
• Escalates unresolved items within agreed timescales.
• Logs incident details per help desk procedures.
• Communicates incident progress to clients.
• Keeps tickets updated until resolution.
• Performs hardware/software maintenance and support.
• Supports IMAC activities and local network tasks.
• Assists Asset Management in IT inventory.
• Performs deployment/movement of IT assets.
