Globe Telecom in the Philippines is seeking a senior technology and business solutions architect to partner with business units and IT teams, shaping strategy and delivering value.

You will lead process design, develop functional roadmaps, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and API-enabled across CRM, OSS/BSS, ERP, and billing platforms.

This role requires 7–10 years of experience in technology/product-oriented business solutions and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience designing, implementing and leading technology/product-oriented business solutions.
• Experience in Information Technology/Telecommunication Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• MBA certification preferred.
• No required membership in a professional organization (if any).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Platform Solutions Domain Head to build partnerships and deliver business solutions.
• Collaborate with business units, service units, and IT to envision technology-enabled solutions with process design focus.
• Develop and document functional roadmaps and align with IT strategy.
• Lead architecture and integration of enterprise applications including CRM, OSS/BSS, ERP, and billing systems.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, highly available, secure, modular, and API-enabled.
