Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer with strong OSS expertise to support network monitoring, fault management, and OSS platform customization. The role requires hands-on experience with NOC platforms, OSS, and NMS, plus customer-facing technical support.

You will monitor performance, manage alarms, customize OSS deployments, and coordinate incident resolution, while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to improve network operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with NOC platforms and OSS
• Strong knowledge of Operations Support Systems (OSS)
• Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS)
• Customer-facing communication skills
• SQL querying for reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using OSS/NOC platforms
• Perform alarm monitoring and fault management to ensure availability
• Configure and customize OSS platforms based on customer requirements
• Manage OSS Northbound and Southbound integrations
• Support access management and network monitoring activities
• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate incident resolution
• Gather technical requirements from customers and provide solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network operations
• Generate reports and analyze network performance using SQL
