Job summary

Arbeit Group in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to analyze OSS KPI performance and optimize user experience for telecom initiatives. You will work with a performance-focused team to identify issues and drive data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Crowdsource and MR raw data, plus strong communication to coordinate with Globe CSP projects and stakeholders. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• Proven OSS KPI performance analysis experience.
• Strong experience in User Experience KPI analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Crowdsource Data and MR Raw Data Analysis.
• Experience supporting Globe CSP projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ericsson and/or Globe exposure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze OSS worst-cell performance issues.
• Perform User Experience KPI analysis and optimization.
• Conduct MR-based coverage analysis and improvement planning.
• Analyze Crowdsource and MR Raw Data for user experience enhancements.
• Drive network performance improvement activities and technical resolutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality of service and network performance.
