Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Implementation Manager (PM/IM) to lead the successful delivery of multiple OSP and FTTx projects in the telecommunications sector.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, and deliverables from initiation to completion. The role requires at least 5 years in OSP/FTTx project management, strong planning and communication skills, and familiarity with bid and construction management; PMP or

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple OSP/FTTx projects from planning through completion.
Develop and implement delivery solutions based on client requirements and specs.
Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans.
Manage scope, changes, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Establish governance, reporting, and escalation with internal teams, contractors, and customers.
Coordinate delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and schedule alignment with customer needs.
Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and company policies.
Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-controls.
Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
