Job summary

AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Project Manager to plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of OSP, ODN, FTTH, and Transport projects.

The role covers mobilization through completion, coordination with clients and subcontractors, and adherence to schedules and budgets. You will monitor progress, lead site and design engineers, ensure fiber installation and testing, review designs and BOQ, and drive on-time turnover of completed sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of OSP, ODN, FTTH, and Transport projects from mobilization through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, manpower, materials, equipment, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, ROW teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor daily project progress and ensure work is aligned with approved plans, designs, and project schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate Site Engineers, Design Engineers, ROW Officers, Splicers, Linemen, and subcontractor teams.
• Ensure proper implementation of fiber optic installation, cable laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review and monitor project designs, BOQ/BOM, work plans, and as-built documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to identify and resolve project issues.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and productivity of project teams.
• Ensure proper utilization and accountability of project materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, accomplishment reports, manpower reports, and other required documentation.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the client regarding project concerns, approvals, inspections, and acceptance.
• Ensure proper completion, testing, punch listing, and turnover of completed sites.
• Perform other project-related duties as may be assigned by management.
