Job summary

InspiringPG, Inc. is seeking an FTTH/OSP Project Engineer to oversee field implementation of fiber-to-the-home and outside-plant projects.

The role collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and internal roll-out teams to ensure work is completed per design, schedule, and quality standards, with on-site supervision and timely reporting. You will monitor progress, coordinate permits and BOQ reviews, and escalate risks to project leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the telecommunications industry is required.
• Strong background in FTTH and OSP implementation.
• Knowledge of preparing Design Plans, BOM, and BOQ.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and provide technical support to subcontractors on-site during FTTH and OSP implementation.
• Ensure activities follow approved design plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with roll-out teams and stakeholders to address implementation concerns.
• Monitor site activities and identify issues that may affect timelines, quality, or deliverables.
• Prepare and submit Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports; maintain project documentation.
