Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, ICT, electronics, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in ICT industry network O&M and management.
• At least two years of experience in O&M team management or project management.
• Experience with Ericsson and Nokia equipment preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work in BGC or Makati.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of OSP projects, including FTTH builds, network upgrades, and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction crews, and third-party contractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, NESC, and environmental guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site surveys to identify potential obstacles (e.g., permitting issues, utility conflicts) and develop solutions.
• Manage make-ready engineering and pole attachment agreements with utility companies.
