Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to oversee end-to-end FTTH builds, network upgrades, and maintenance operations in Metro Manila.

You will coordinate with engineering teams, construction crews, and contractors to keep schedules and quality standards, while ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in ICT O&M or project management, with experience using Ericsson or Nokia equipment, and strong

• Bachelor's degree in communications, ICT, electronics, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in ICT industry network O&M and management.
• At least two years of experience in O&M team management or project management.
• Experience with Ericsson and Nokia equipment preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work in BGC or Makati.
• Can start ASAP.

• Manage make-ready engineering and pole attachment agreements with utility companies.
