Job summary

InfiniVAN, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a qualified OSP Backbone Supervisor to oversee daily field activities, assign work orders, and ensure service-impacting incidents are addressed promptly.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field and 3–5 years' experience in fiber optic or network operations; the role is full-time on-site in Metro Manila with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in OSP, fiber optic, telecommunications, or network operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of OSP Backbone technicians and field personnel.
• Assign and distribute work orders, maintenance activities, surveys, and restoration tasks.
• Monitor the progress and completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure that urgent and service-impacting incidents are attended to immediately.
• Conduct regular field inspections to verify work quality and compliance.

Education
