The role focuses on fiber optic backbone networks, OSP facilities, splicing, testing, and restoration across Luzon with travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in OSP/fiber optics or telecom operations, with supervisory experience, and a strong grasp of safety standards and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP, fiber optic, telecommunications, or network operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of fiber optic backbone networks, OSP facilities, splicing, testing, and restoration.
• Experience in project management, field operations, and team supervision.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSP work practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field inspections within Luzon.
