Sungil Philippines Corporation in Pasig is seeking an experienced OSP Project Lead to manage aerial and underground fiber optic cable implementations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety standards. You will supervise field teams, coordinate with contractors, prepare progress reports, and support planning for structural cabling and last-mile FOC.

A Bachelor's in ECE/EE/CE and 5+ years in OSP are required, with a valid driver's license and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, EE, or CE.
• Licensed Engineer (ECE/EE/CE) preferred.
• At least 5 years in OSP and FOC projects.
• 5+ years in supervision/management of FOC projects.
• Experience in structural cabling, underground FOC, micro trenching, drilling, and last-mile.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end OSP project implementation (aerial & underground FOC).
• Manage project planning, execution, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise teams involved in FOC installation, testing, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports and documentation for project status and completion.

Job Description

Leads and manages Outside Plant (OSP) projects, including aerial and underground fiber optic cable (FOC) implementation, maintenance, and repairs. Ensures project completion within timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in OSP (Aerial & Underground FOC) implementation, maintenance, and repairs
• With at least 5 years of experience in supervision/management of FOC projects
• Experienced in structural cabling, underground FOC, micro trenching, drilling, aerial installation, and last-mile implementation
• Certified Safety Officer
• With a valid driver's license
