Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and quality checking of telecom equipment and materials.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, fiber-optic networks, QA/QC, inspection, or testing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fiber-optic networks and telecommunications systems.
• Familiarity with OLT, ONT/ONU, switches, routers, ODF, fiber-optic cables, and related materials is an advantage.
• Knowledge of OTDR, OPM, Fusion Splicer, and other fiber-optic testing equipment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of technical specifications, drawings, datasheets, test results, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with ITU-T, IEC, and ISO standards is an advantage.
• Good documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to perform inspection/testing in office, warehouse, and field environments.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
