Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare short-term and long-term group financial plans including cash flow projections to enable proper cash/funds planning in order to ensure availability of funds when needed
- Reviews and executes fund transfers, foreign exchange, investments, importation and other Treasury related transactions in the accounting system and with the banks without delay.
- Ensures liquidity and funding to meet all obligations.
- Supports the Finance team in bank requirements and bank reconciliation ensuring accurate and timely closing process and reporting.
- Prepares or reviews documentary requirements and assists in liaising with the banks on account management, credit facilities and issue resolution. This includes ensuring the approval matrix is implemented.
- Develops a strong professional relationship with key company officers and employees, banks, customers and suppliers in order to execute routine Treasury transactions.
- Contributes to process improvements by adopting modern technology and current business practices. Actively participates in projects, software upgrades, testing and implementation.
- Prepares, updates and maintains all cash and loans management monitoring files and reports;
- Ensures safekeeping of important corporate documents.
- Ensures compliance with Internal Controls, Audit and Business Continuity Plan.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
