You will coordinate with sales and marketing to align on product direction and oversee budgeting and performance analytics across key accounts. Ideal candidates have strong market knowledge in orthopedic and rehab devices and proven experience managing sales teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Medical/Business course.
• At least 5 years of experience selling orthopedic and rehab devices/products.
• Deep knowledge and familiarity of the market.
• Relevant sales team managing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with overall objectives.
• Engage with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product.
• Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
• Assess market dynamics to adapt the product strategy as needed.
• Perform actual sales to key clients.
