Job summary

Valor Health Pharma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive market strategy, product positioning, and commercial growth for our flagship medical diagnostic platforms including FibroScan, S-path, OsteoCloud, and ModGut in the Philippines.

You will build relationships with hospitals and clinics, lead launches, train sales teams, and coordinate clinical demonstrations while monitoring market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on product management, clinical application, or high-level sales experience in medical devices in the Philippines.
• Established connections with decision-makers and clinicians across major Philippine hospitals and diagnostic labs.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging, digital health platforms, liver diagnostics, pathology solutions, AI-driven tools, or microbiome testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Bioengineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and market research skills; willingness to travel within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategies and go-to-market plans for FibroScan, S-path, OsteoCloud, and ModGut.
• Build strategic relationships with KOLs, hospital executives, clinicians across specialties.
• Train sales and applications teams on product features and clinical positioning.
• Coordinate demonstrations, clinical trials, and equipment trials in key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and tender opportunities in the local landscape.
• Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and marketing to ensure compliance and readiness.
