Job summary

You will monitor market trends, develop positioning, training, and promotional materials, and support the Sales team during hospital visits and client meetings. Travel may be required; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare industries.
• Prior product management or product marketing experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for hospital/client visits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Product & Marketing Specialists.
• Develop strategies for medical device products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Create product positioning, marketing strategies, and promotions.
• Provide training and guidance to teams.
• Support Sales during presentations and client meetings.
• Coordinate with suppliers on updates and training.
• Develop marketing materials and sales tools.
• Organize launches, seminars, and trainings.
• Prepare performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness, market penetration and sales.
• Travel to hospital/client visits when required.
