Job summary

Belo Medical Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the growth and performance of our product portfolio. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, finance, and operations to shape strategy and deliver successful launches.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in marketing or portfolio management, strong analytical skills, and a track record of profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Portfolio/Product Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing business portfolios, product launches, or strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing profitability and pricing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly analytical with strong decision-making and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of the company's product and business portfolio to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to successful market launch.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies to stay competitive and profitable.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Clinical, and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and margins.
