MOTOR ACE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that supports shaping our organisation’s culture, capabilities and performance.

You will drive strategic OD initiatives, design training programmes, support performance management and engage stakeholders to foster continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business Administration required.
• 1-2 years in organisational development, HR, or change management.
• Proven design/implementation of OD programmes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement organisational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct assessments to identify improvements in structure, processes and culture.
• Facilitate change management during restructuring or process improvements.
• Develop and deliver leadership development and team effectiveness training.
• Support performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify talent needs and succession planning.
• Monitor interventions via surveys, metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees for development.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters.
