Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an OD & Learning Manager to design competency frameworks, learning pathways, and standards that convert skill-building into measurable capability. You will lead a small team and partner with senior leaders to drive program impact and AI-enabled curriculum design.

You will ensure SOPs are audit-ready, mentor staff, and report outcomes with data, aligning programs with GoTeam goals and board expectations. Hybrid work with onsite start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Organizational Development and Learning & Development, incl. 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in HRD/Organizational Psychology or related field
• Strong competency framework design and change management experience
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools

OD & Learning Manager (Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City, Philippines | Day Shift | Monday to Friday

You don't just run training calendars — you build the systems that make people better at their jobs, faster. As OD & Learning Manager, you'll own the frameworks, pathways, and standards that turn scattered skill-building into a measurable capability engine, and you'll lead a team that's accountable for getting it right.

This is a hands‑on leadership role: you'll design competency frameworks and learning pathways, keep training current with AI tools and modern workflows, and make sure every SOP and policy in your remit is audit‑ready and actually understood by the people who need to apply it. You'll report on outcomes with real data, not activity, and you'll have a direct line to senior leadership on program direction.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years in Organizational Development and Learning & Development, including at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• A bachelor's degree in HRD, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Strong grounding in OD practice — competency framework design, org structure/role mapping, change management, or culture‑building initiatives
• Solid working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, 70-20-10)
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and performance‑based assessment
• Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, or equivalent) and e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
• The ability to manage and mentor a small team while coordinating with senior leadership on program direction
• Familiarity with measurement frameworks like Kirkpatrick to track and report program impact
• Comfort working hybrid out of Cebu City, with a fully onsite requirement for your first 6 months, day shift, Monday to Friday

OD & Learning Program Design

You design and execute programs that build organizational capability, not just deliver training.

• You design and roll out OD initiatives — competency frameworks, role/skills mapping, change management support — aligned with company goals
• You build and maintain learning pathways and curricula that reduce time‑to‑proficiency for key roles
• You keep existing training modules current, incorporating AI tools and modern workflows where useful

Team Leadership & Delivery

You keep the team accountable for consistent, quality execution.

• You manage and mentor the L&D team to ensure programs are delivered on time and to a consistent standard
• You set and maintain clear standards for how programs are designed, tested, and iterated on
• You maintain the tools, templates, and SOPs that keep L&D operations running smoothly

Impact Measurement & Reporting

You make sure the work is measurable, not just busy.

• You track program effectiveness using data‑driven assessment metrics
• You report on learning and OD outcomes to senior leadership on a regular cadence
• You flag underperforming programs early and adjust content or approach based on real results

SOP & Policy Governance

You keep the organization's SOPs and policies current, consistent, and genuinely understood — not just filed away.

• You oversee the development, maintenance, and version control of OD/L&D and related cross‑functional SOPs, keeping them audit‑ready and easy for teams to apply
• You lead periodic policy reviews — identifying gaps, redundancies, and outdated provisions — and recommend updates aligned with current standards
• You drive policy inculcation across the organization — turning policy and SOP updates into training, communications, and manager toolkits so employees understand and consistently apply them
