Job summary

Emapta Global is recruiting for an Organizational Change Manager to lead change planning, stakeholder assessments, and communication strategies across complex programs. You will design and deliver learning materials, assess readiness, and support adoption across global initiatives with a hybrid setup in Makati/Alabang.

The role requires at least 3 years in OCM, a related degree, and strong facilitation and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting end-to-end change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, Journalism, Project Management, Behavioral Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), Training Needs Assessments (TNA), Stakeholder/Impact Assessments, and Change Readiness Assessments
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing Change Management, Communication, and Stakeholder Engagement Plans
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end change lifecycle, including planning, impact assessment, implementation, adoption, and sustainment
• Experience creating training materials and learning resources and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and learning interventions
• Ability to assess organizational impacts, resistance, and change risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, influencing, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Familiarity with organizational development, employee engagement, culture change, or business readiness is an advantage
• Collaborative, adaptable, proactive, resilient, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and advise stakeholders on appropriate Organizational Change Management strategies and solutions
• Assess business processes, stakeholder impacts, organizational impacts, and change readiness to identify areas requiring change support
• Develop and deliver stakeholder presentations, communications, reports, training materials, and project documentation
• Create and implement Change Management Plans, Communication Plans, Stakeholder Engagement Plans, and adoption strategies
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and Training Needs Assessments and facilitate training sessions and learning interventions as required
• Coordinate change activities, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the change lifecycle
• Support project delivery by applying Project Management principles using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Provide guidance and ongoing support to leaders, stakeholders, and impacted employees before, during, and after change implementation
