Cloudstaff is seeking an Orders Coordinator to process customer orders accurately and ensure on-time fulfillment while delivering outstanding service. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Logistics, resolve enquiries and discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive order records.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and amendments accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Allocate stock correctly and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Investigate and resolve customer order enquiries and discrepancies.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery dates, stock availability, and pricing.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Review freight invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Complete month-end administration and reporting tasks.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.

Position Summary

• The Orders Coordinator processes customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. The role ensures orders are fulfilled on time, customer enquiries are resolved promptly, and internal processes continuously improve to support operational excellence.
