• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders and communicating with all related departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with related departments regarding order status, delivery dates, issues, and product availability
• Work collaboratively with Planner and Sales in developing, maintaining, and adjusting production and delivery plan based on customer demand, inventory levels and resource availability
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory levels
• Update customers and sales team about product availabilities.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or any 4-year related business course
• Not more than 35 years old
• With strong communication skills both oral and written
• With at least 1 year of experience as Order Coordinator in a manufacturing set-up
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Must have strong skill sets in organization (due to high volume of work), professionalism, ability to handle critical deadlines/prioritize work, business processes, and internal/external customer support/ communications
