ISTA Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. You will monitor the progress of orders, use order tracking software to maintain visibility, and address discrepancies to keep customers informed.

The role requires at least six months of BPO experience in a voice account, strong English communication skills, and willingness to work onsite in Buendia, Makati during night shifts. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

• Maintain accurate records of order information including tracking numbers and delivery dates.
• Generate reports on order status and performance metrics as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries on order status, tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

• Experience in order tracking, logistics, or a related field is a PLUS
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Amenable working night shift
