ISTA Solutions is seeking a CS Healthcare Representative to join our expanding team. The role involves assisting customers via phone, email, and chat while collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain accurate records of interactions.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in BPO, basic healthcare account exposure is a plus, and strong English communication skills. The position requires onsite work in Shaw, Mandaluyong and night shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO experience.
• Experience handling a healthcare account is a plus.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong.
• Willing to work night shifts.
