OSAVE TRADING PHILIPPINES CORPORATION in Taytay, Rizal is seeking a full-time Order Processor to ensure accurate order entry, receipts, and inventory adjustments, supporting store and distribution center operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in order processing or customer service, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; you should work well both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Encodes accurate order information.
• Processes purchase receipts, picking list, delivery receipt and incidents.
• Reconciles discrepancies in orders and delivery.
• Monitors negative stock report in the system.
• Prints price tags.
• Reconcile inventory count and system count – for DC / Store.
• Process quantity inventory adjustment.
• Process write off / shrinkage / store transfers for adjustment.
• Prepare reports.
• Propose necessary processes to be more efficient and effective.

Your Mission: This full-time Order Processor position at OSAVE TRADING PHILIPPINES CORPORATION offers an exciting opportunity to join in Taytay, Rizal. You will be responsible for processing orders and ensuring accurate quantity of products.

What You'll Do:

• Encodes accurate order information

• Processes purchase receipts, picking list and delivery receipt and incidents

• Reconciles discrepancies in orders and delivery

• Monitors negative stock report in the system

• Prints price tags

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role

• Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office

• Manage all payroll-related inquiries, providing appropriate resolutions

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Perform other related duties as assigned
