MDM Systems, Inc. in Pampanga seeks an Order Processing Specialist to manage sales orders, customer care, and scheduling for GS vehicles and 3PL deliveries. You will review, release, and track orders in Syspro and coordinate data with Asana.

The role requires a college degree, 2+ years FMCG order processing experience, strong English communication, and CRM skills. A proactive approach to process improvement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and release Sales Orders.
• Maintain Customer Care and order status updates.
• Schedule GS vehicle runs and 3PL delivery windows.
• Coordinate 3PLs delivery schedules and paperwork.
• Manage inter-state transfers and stock movements.
• Generate reports on orders and deliveries.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• • Sales Orders
  • Customer Care
  • Schedule GS Vehicles
  • 3 PL’s Delivery Schedule
  • Inter-State Transfers
  • Reporting

Sales Order Processing:

• Create/Review & Release Sales Orders
• Print Orders and file
• Process PO in Syspro & transfer data to Asana
• Adjust SO for OOS, notify Sales & Customer
• Update Syspro and Asana with SO information

Customer Care

• Update Customer on SO status & OOS
• Ensure customer delivery conditions are notified to 3PL’s
• Investigate delivery issues, and notify interested parties

Schedule GS Vehicles

• Process Daily Runsheet for GS Drivers & Sands
• Schedule Customer delivery windows
• Send daily run sheet and attach documentationArrange Chep Pallet Transfers

3PL’s Delivery Schedule

• Arranging Customer timeslot for transport company
• Ensure the paperwork received is correct for the loads assigned
• Ensure the products issued by 3PL’s are correct to meet the customer orders for the day
• Ensure the products issued by 3PL’s for actioning before the cut-off

Inter-State Transfers

• Capture Transfer SO information in Syspro
• Release stock transfers to nominated 3PL

Skills and Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Experience in BPO, Order Entry, ASANA, or any other ERP system
• Excellent Written and Oral English Communication Skills
• Minimum of 2 years FMCG experience in customer order processing
• Strong computer skills: Hands-on experience with CRM systems
