Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. is seeking an Order Management Analyst to handle customer orders and inquiries. You will manage Salesforce queues, enter orders in SAP, and resolve conflicts while ensuring on-time shipment and accurate fulfillment.

You will coordinate with pricing, supply chain, and master data teams, acting as a subject matter expert to recommend alternative products when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Order Management or Supply Chain is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com.
• Enter orders manually into SAP accurately.
• Resolve order conflicts and monitor orders through shipment.
• Coordinate with pricing, supply chain and master data as needed.
• Act as SME recommending products and solutions to customers.
