Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end order-to-booking process for a U.S. client.

You will ensure accurate subscription setup, billing data, and customer records in Stripe and Salesforce, while coordinating with Finance and Sales to resolve discrepancies. The role requires at least four years in order management or related fields within a B2B SaaS environment, including handling subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in order management, billing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS business, including subscription and recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customer subscriptions in Stripe based on signed orders, including plan, pricing, terms, and billing schedules.
• Process subscription changes, including upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Monitor subscription status and verify that invoices and charges match contracted terms.
• Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with Finance and Sales to resolve issues.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately reflected in subscription and billing systems.
• Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and subscription records in Salesforce.
• Update customer information and subscription details as changes occur.
• Reconcile Salesforce and Stripe records regularly and correct discrepancies.
• Review opportunity and booking details to ensure customer, amount, term, product, and date information are accurate.
• Manage the order-to-booking workflow from order intake through booking completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation for order operations processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and exception-handling guides.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce errors and manual work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
