Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Communicate with retail assistants/planners, process data into spreadsheets/databases, and generate sales reports.
• Prepare brochures, costing sheets, and customer paperwork/contracts for submissions and presentations.
• Liaise with China-based suppliers, process orders, monitor logistics, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with Compliance/Technical/Design teams, verify artwork, packaging, and inspection reports against sales orders.
• Support the Sales Manager’s requests, manage Tempo resources, and handle parcel deliveries including sample packing/unpacking.
