Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Sales Support role to join our team in Taguig. You will handle incoming sales inquiries via Salesforce, build quotes in SAP, and coordinate deliveries with Logistics and Purchasing to ensure timely service.

• Experience handling sales inquiries via Salesforce inbox.
• Ability to build formulaic quotes and enter product data in SAP.
• Coordinate with logistics and purchasing to arrange deliveries.
• Identify process improvements and support ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming sales enquiries via the commercial Salesforce inbox in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build formulaic quotes and manage product/inventory data entry through SAP.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Purchasing teams to arrange deliveries and request product details.
• Escalate complex or non-standard requests to the Commercial Sales Specialist as required.
• Schedule and track internal deliveries, keeping customers informed throughout the rollout process.
• Maintain accurate records, quotes, and customer data across Salesforce and SAP.
• Support the Commercial team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
