• Create, prepare, and release installation and after-sales job orders to Technical Operations on time.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications, job orders, and system records through proper checking and validation.
• Assist with port reservations and maintain minimal discrepancies between actual documents and system records.
• Achieve accuracy, completeness, and timely processing in accordance with established KPIs.
• Perform other operational and special projects as assigned by management.
