Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a part-time Order Management Administrator to provide seasonal support for the APAC order management team. The role coordinates order escalations, invoicing, and Jira ticket follow-up between internal teams, the fulfilment partner, and CS agents.

You will bridge communications via Teams or email, monitor aging Jira tickets daily, generate PH order invoices, and process cancellation requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order escalations between internal teams, the Management fulfilment partner, and CS agents.
• Monitor aging and urgent Jira (ACOTS) tickets daily and follow up with Rhenus for timely resolution.
• Generate invoices for PH orders placed within the day and send to Rhenus for printing.
• Process Synagie cancellation requests for PH orders.
• Resolve stuck order issues via cancellation or completion during bi-monthly OM order clean-up.

Job description

• You will serve as Company representative in coordinating with Management and CS agents to handle escalations raised via Teams or email, bridging immediate communication between both parties.
• You will monitor aging and urgent Jira (ACOTS) tickets daily and follow up with Rhenus to ensure timely resolution.
• You will generate invoices for all PH orders placed within the day and send them to Rhenus for printing.
• You will process Synagie cancellation requests for PH orders.*
• You will resolve stuck order issues via cancellation or completion during the bi-monthly OM order clean-up process.
• You will perform other related duties as assigned by the Order Manager.**
