Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to own end-to-end order execution, from file prep to system uploads, fulfillment release, and final confirmation. The role blends order management, logistics coordination, reporting, and data analysis to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will investigate discrepancies, manage daily exceptions, and translate insights into actions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, data operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Strong data interpretation skills and ability to translate findings into actions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data and processes.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, repetitive processes with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proactive stakeholder updates.
• Investigative and follow-through skills to drive issues to resolution.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, basic SQL, automation, or third-party fulfillment partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order processing and fulfillment within established timelines.
• Review, validate, and maintain order data for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage order updates, inventory exceptions, and fulfillment changes.
• Analyze operational data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain trackers and reports for team visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor order progress and deadlines, flag delays or risks early.
• Communicate risks, delays, and unresolved issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
